Generation 2 Only - Top 10 To Catch?

I would just replace kingdra and steelix with typlosion and feraligatr.

Ursaring: Normal type Attacker........ has no type advantadge against nothing and I guess he will be worse than other "generalist attackers" like Dragnoite, Tyranitar, Alakazam, Espeon

and for Counter // Close Combat he is absolutely outclassed by Machamp

I guess the top 10 is Blissey, Tyranitar, Heracross, Espeon.

That's it, there are no 10 Pokemon worth powering up. Not even sure about Espeon. A shame that Heracross is region exclusive.

Ampharos vs Jolteon is like Arcanine vs Flareon: almost identical, Ampharos with good IVs and good moveset might be better, but its sooo much easier to obtain a good Eevee...

Steelix Scizor Kingdra will be the niche Attackers and the Pokemon that you catch when you walk past them but you won't run around the block to catch 'em.
