Clefable or Wigglytuff?

(First of all sorry for any mistake in the text)
I know both aren't in "meta" but i still like it so...what do you think is better defending?
Me: lvl29 (near 30 :D)

Clefable 93.3% 1427CP Hp14 Atk13 Def15
Zen Headbutt / Dazzling Gleam

Wigglytuff 91.1% 1285CP Hp14 Atk14 Def13
Pound Play / Rough

I will probably "maximized" the chosen one in the future; actualy got another clefable I use it for attack (Pound/Moonblast)...Pound is still good after the move changes?

IMO, Clefable is the better option. Higher attack and decent defensive stats. Wigglytuff puts out less damage and despite high stamina has lower effective health because of low defense, making it a real potion consumer

With the buff to DG, I think Zen/DG Clefable is a pretty good defender. STAB DG hits hard, and Clefable is a pretty tanky mon.

Not top tier due to low CP and being heavily outclassed by Blissey and Snorlax, but still pretty good. I like Clefable a lot, so I'm considering maxing my 42/45 ZH/DG too.
