Are there already theories on the regional exclusives; e.g.

1) Is Heracross America-exclusive?
2) Is Skarmory Europe-exclusive?

Can someone falsify? Are there other theories?

A friend in Singapore caught Skarmory so it's not an Europe-exclusive

I caught Skarmory on the way home in Seattle, WA in the US. So no Skarmory is not a region exclusive.

Heracross spotted on Brazil. Probably an American regional exclusive below the Tauros line.

EDIT: just spotted Skarmony here. Not a regional exclusive. It ran away. Hope it's not rare lol

I hope Heracross is not a Brazil regional, but rather a Tangela, which is very rare (but available) in Europe and common in Brazil.

you can get heracross from 10km eggs so i dont think he is a regional!

Did you hatch one already? Because the egg list on this site is wrong; I just hatched Pineco from a 10 km egg and not from a 5 km egg. Also, Mr. Mime was also a 10 km Pokemon until he was removed from eggs.
