Incense and Lure Module don't work
Hi guys, well when I use a Incense or Lure Module the don't gather pokemons around me, I have lost 3 Incense, 3 lucky Eggs and 2 Lure Module trying to make it work but it didn't... I have erased and Reinstalled the game, reboot the iphone, turning off and then on the Location many times but it just keep happening the same thing... someone please help because I haven't receive a answer from Pokemon Go game centre...

Are Pokéstops turning purple after you spin them and take items from them?
If not, the problem is in bad setup of your phone's clock. Clock must be set to "automatic". Not having this will cause you to not find any pokemons from incense/lure and incense duration will not be 30 minutes but may be less depending on what is the difference between your time (time on your phone) and real time. Also Pokéstops will not turn pruple, so you don't know when is going to refresh itself.
I had clock set up to be 10 minutes more than really was (personal reasons), and I wasn't able to find any pokemon from incense/lure, starting incense duration was 20 minutes and Pokéstops wasn't turning purple. This was how I realized the problem, when I saw on brother's phone purple Pokéstops.
If this all is not the case, I can't help. Sorry. But at least you should try and check your clock setup.
Ahhhh, thank you. I was wondering why pokestops don't turn purple and my lucky egg timers are off, but I have my phone set 5 minutes fast. I have noticed something though: while an egg's starting time for me is 25 minutes, it will give me the XP bonus for a full 30 minutes - the bonus continues 5 minutes after the egg timer runs out. I haven't ever tried to use lures or incenses though, so IDK if the same would apply to them.
