Anyone can break this guy's insane record?

This guy is known as "The God of Snorlax", he had been playing P Go since the game launched in Hong Kong, and of course he is not a spoofer. Anyone else (spoofers please get the f off) around the world is able to catch that many rare pokemon?

Even if he is a spoofer, this record is insane tooo

I'm guessing he uses a tracker, which is cheating in some eyes. The trackers must use some type of gps spoofing to find the mons.

I just don't get these ppl ,are they really having fun with this kind of playing style?.

Ive ever seen a snorlax nest once but the local guy didn't catch this much.

Snorlax nests don't exist, this people uses trackers that says the exact position of a mon, on a high dense population area, with a tracker and driving around you can get 4/5 Snorlax per day, even if he is not a spoofer he is cheating for sure, Niantic does not "allow" the use of third party apps.

I just caught my 13th Snorlax Yesterday no Spoofing or Tracking.

I've had 6 Hatched (yes I am a whale who keeps incubators goin)

I've caught 7.
1 by driving before driving change saw on radar
1 at a Gym where I pulled in to do the gym
1 at my park I walk at all the time
1 driving home popped on sightings when at a stop light
1 a friend called me about at a pokestop on nearby
1 where my game crashed and when I reloaded as I was driving it was on Nearby
1 last night on Nearby

Actually the first was in probably the single best memory I have of Pokemon Excited Kids in the back seat, Dad try this way.

If anything the Driving Changes have been bad for Ninatic's Business, because my kids play less. And therefor, so do I, and while I'm a whale. I spend less on both thier accounts and mine than I did before the changes.

I'd guess people who have caught this much use trackers...They were never shut down in Asia and if you look at the maps of places like Singapore, there are 5+ Snorlax at any one time I've seen...Most mons are actually not that rare and for folks who live in a dense location with a ton of spawn points (think Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore (not as dense)), it's easy to catch a lot of these as they have more spawns in general to begin with.

Personally, I have only caught 1 Snorlax at 46 CP :)
He's my buddy now.

I have caught 67 without any kind of tracker. I figured that was some sort of record but I guess not. It took hours a day of patrolling the highest general spawn areas since the game started. I do not see how this is even remotely possible without some sort of outside app assistance.

I certainly cannot break this record. I have 5 Lapras (4 hatched, 1 caught) and 5 Snorlax (3 hatched, 2 caught) each. Also, I only have 4 Porygon and Aerodactyl each (all hatched).

Almost everyone in China and Japan use trackers. I watched vidoes of the Lapras event and as soon as one spawned everyone would check the tracker and run to the spot.

It is unfortunate that there are these trackers that some people get to use but not everyone.

Niantic has screwed this up with having two levels of playing and not everyone can use the trackers.

How does it affect you if people in China and Japan use trackers? You are not competing for spots in the same gyms, and there is not some world leaderboard that they are keeping you off of.

I can understand complaining about spoofers or double account holders who are kicking you out of your local gyms and replacing your mons with their own perfect IV Dragonites. However, I don't understand how people using trackers in faraway lands affects you in any way.

This reminds me of the post from yesterday about the spoofer who was transferring several 100-IV Dratinis to make room in his pokemon storage.

Crazy. I thought I was doing really good with 25 Snorlax caught / hatched.
