Snorlax

My only Snorlax is 14/11/11 with ZH/HB. 1858 cp and 199 hp and 80% IV. I have 30 candies and dust isn't a problem. Right now I am walking my dratini. Is it worth powering up and if it is, should I put it as my buddy?

Whats the moveset? And are you planning on using him as an attacker or defender?

I have a Snorlax thats virtually identical to yours except that hes 80% IV. The responses that I have gotten so far suggest to me that he is worth powering up as a defender.

I guess this boils down to do you live near water? If Dratini is accessible I would immediately finish the km remaining for the candy and switch to Snorlax. A ZH/HB Snorlax is way more valuable overall to me than a Dragonite.

I live near water, a river to be precise. There are a total of around 3 pokestops close to the river and a few more by the community center which has a water park (does that count?) Dratinis for me are really rare. I have enough candies but I am waiting for a good dratini. I also have been walking dratini for a while (400+ km).

If you have enough candies I would suggest switching over to Snorlax, because you don't even know what the moveset for the Dragonite is! ZH/HB is a really good moveset for Snorlax!

Definitely worth powering up with Zen / Hyper, and its CP gets pretty high due to its high attack.
