Flareon IVs High on Attack But Low on Stamina

My Flareon has 13 IV on Attack, 14 IV on Defense but only has 1 on Stamina. It has a perfect kills so I really don't know whether or not I should get a new Flareon or keep this one. What do you think? Does Flareon need high IV Stamina? Thanks!

Well, since all fire type pokemons are pretty weak due to low DPS on moves and water type pokemons are unreasonably strong (mainly because of water gun), and the IVs for this Flareon is not impressive, I suggest you to save the stardust for later, stronger pokemons.

You dont need good Stanima and Defense IV's for a Flareon since Flareans should be used just for attacking gyms, not defending.

You better learn to dodge moves and not be like the guys that just attack and never dodge.
