Is this vaporeon worth it?

I wouldn't bother powering up a Vape for attacking unless it had Aqua Tail -- that way you can use him for defense purposes also.

Plus, with the ubiquity of Eevees you can find one with better IVs, too.

Vapes are amazing attackers. Melt Rhydon, Golem and Arcanine and are very good against Snorlax.

I personally have a WG/HP Vape that always comes into batlle with me. It has 76% IV and I powered it up to 2500. I like HP better than AT for attacking. I care less about IV because I don't expect to take it all the way. I keep hearing about "you'll find better IV in the wild", but it has only happened a few times and both times I did not end up with a HP Vape after the Evee evolution.

If HP fits your battle style, I don't see any regrets with powering this Vape up to some number that makes you happy (2500 for me).

Don't power up an Eevee. Just evolve the best few you get each level. At level 30, the Eevees you evolve will be as good and sometimes better than most things you've powered up.

What is your player level? Based on a 1932 Vaporeon, I'm guessing low to mid twenties? Unless Eevees are really rare in your area, you are going to find higher level Eevees as you continue to level up to 30. At this point, you should probably only consider powering up really high IV Vaporeons. Your 91% with Aqua Tail would be more worth it in the long run since it is second best move on both attack and defense.

You could input your numbers into the CP calculator and see how big the Vaporeon with Hydro Pump can get though to better decide for yourself.

I wouldn't power it up if it was me...I'd like me Eevee evolutions to have higher IV, and HP is the least important stat to max on a Vap...

...and since I have no HP Vap other than a 1200 prestiger and some other lower CP ones, I am following my own advice I guess.

Just using my mid 20s Aqua Tail ones work well enough...A bit slower, but I'd rather save the dust for mons I really like more or have much higher IVs, especially if Eevees are fairly common which sound like they are for you.

I don't get Vaporeons neither. At 23 Jolts, 18 Flareons and 13 Vaporeons...

I'm on saoulons side. I have on wg+hp 91.1% 2798 CP vaporeon maxed out and he's my most favourite attacker by far. I also use him against any Snorlax I fight.

I have never regret this decision. If it's rational seen the best choice? Probably not, but I like to save some time and I find it really easy to dodge with a vaporeon.

Take other opinions in account and decide what you think is best. Like some stated, it's not that easy to evolve another one.
