Bubblestrat

Read the BubbleStrat++ page, as far as I know, Bulbs is only used as an attacker. Therefore it does not matter his cp as much as his level. And, realistically speaking, as an attacker, higher cp is better, as long as his level is low enough. But the necessary level is determined by the situation of who you are attacking. Again, all the scenarios are listed in the bubblestrat++, so I would recommend reading that. I don't think anyone is going to want to take the time to list them out for you when there is already a resource, kinda gotta do the effort on this one yourself bud ;)

To yield max prestige, the defender must be a Bubble user with, at least, 28 cp (double the CP of the attacker).
