I evolved a IV 98 Dratini a few minutes ago. I tried to get a 3. high CP "DB/DC Dragonite". I had a 3300CP DB/HB and a 3100 SW/HB. I also had 129 dratini candies left, to power up. Bad luck- my 3. Dragonite get again SW/HB and now i only have 4 fucking candies left. Save your 90 candies for Power Up! ;) If I get a 2. Chance I would never do this again.
How should I spend my dratini candies?
I now got 90 drantini candies and I am using a dragonite as my buddy, dratini are rare in my place, and here my dragonites and dragonair:
3000 CP 8/9/15 (71.1%) Dragonite, SW/DP, my very first dragonite in the wild. I have powered it up all the way to Lv30 exactly
2934 CP 6/5/13 (53.3%) Dragonite, DB/DC, I have powered it up all the way to Lv30 exactly too.
2120 CP 14/12/14 (88.9%) Dragonite, SW/DC, my first evolved dragonite.
And a Lv 20 dragonair with attack 15, overall IV 84.4.
Which one should I power up, or should I just try to evolve the dragonair again?

For a guy who talks so much kaka on Rhyhorns cuz their double weakness its funny that you call a dragonite an awesome defender. As if any level 30 plus doesn't have multiple counters against dragonite at this point.
Maybe the reason why your the most thumbed down commentor on this site is cuz you and your 1500 dratini and 20 100% IV dragonites talk to the rest of us legit players like we are idiots for treasuring our 82% mons. Get a clue dude nobody cares about your unhelpful opinions.
As \u\Patcallo said in the thread [https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/q-a/am-i-only-one-serious-fear-evolving-anymore-high-cp-pokemon] :
"Evolve and you might wind up with a useless mon. If you don't evolve, you definitely have a useless mon."
And as \u\Aqualad08 commented:
"Gotta roll the dice if you want to win."
Evolution failure is just part of the design of the game, which keeps us spending time and $$$ to get more and more good mons...
