The 500th egg hatched (gold medal) gives u a IV perfect?

Yeah I've hatched like 1,100 eggs and the 500th definitely wasn't perfect for me.

That is not true, confirmed, at least for me it was not, in fact from more than 600 eggs the only 100%IV I got was a poliwag at around 570-580 egg.

We know that pokemon and moveset are set when we receive an egg. I'd assume that IVs are set then too.
