Just 2 Lapras, 1 Snorlax and 2 Dratinis from over 600 eggs (although I have hatched 5 chanseys). I wonder how many eggs do you all hatched to get that many Lapras and Snorlax lol.
Most of my 10k have been eevees, pretty fun they remove them after getting like 10 or 12 :(
I really wish they made an event with increase top tier hatches from 10ks...After those months I no longer get excited when hatching the 10ks, at the begging getting them was like I have won the lottery, now is just "it will be another pinsir/baby".
Do you think it is? Well it is good to know at least, because I thought I was one of the unluckiest player, I hatched my first Lapras at level 32.5 after 6 months of playing, and the 2 Dratinis have comed right after, the past month during the Christmas event.
I thought that my luck has changing but of the last ten 10k eggs I have got 5 elekid, 3 magby, 1 omanyte and 1 Chansey, I am tired of those stupid babies, still need a good moveset Lapras :(
I agree that you've been lucky. I've hatched 423 eggs, and never hatched a snorlax or lapras. Like you, I've hatched two dratinis, but unfortunately neither of them appraised at the highest tier. I've also hatched two chanseys, compared to all of those you've hatched. Never hatched an omanyte, either.
Well, it is nice to know at least that I am not that unlucky as I thought, I really hope you hatch your Lapras and Snorlax soon ;).
I really think Niantic should look at those ratio, it is not fair that you walk 10km again and again and again to hatch the same crap mons. Still wondering if we see the full gen2 release soon how in the world people will manage to get their Lapras or Snorlax from 10km eggs with even more mons added to the pool...
Mmm...This is pretty interesting, probably it has a relationship, truth is that I have caught many Chanseys in my town and Chansey is one of the most hacthed 10k for me (a part from those crap pinsir, eevee, jynx, etc...). But since day 1 there has been no Lapras spawn never here and I still hatched 2 Lapras on last 2 months.
I agree with you as well...I think there are some stops more likely to drop either a Snorlax, Dratini or Lapras egg and some, have a very very low chance or just never.
If I don't count the Christmas baby event egg drop where BOTH my 10km eggs picked up were babies, 20% of my 10km hatches were Lapras so I'd guess it's RNG, but some stops are more likely to drop certain mons than others...
Also got 2 Chancey's so my 10kms have been very good. I still need to find Snorlax stops though since I lack high CP defenders.

From 2500 egg hatches, but I agree I have been extremely lucky with these two!
For Lapras I started last month to only try to use pokestop near its habitats when I needed egg. The more extreme water habitat the better. May of course be a coincidence, but this month I increased my number of hatched Lapras from 2 to 9, rather amazing.
On the other hand, I have only got one Snorlax since Halloween.
Wild catches of these two have been very rare for me, only one Snorlax and two Lapras.

The rest. I am really upset when I get one of those.
For my answer I am going to combine 2,5, & 10 together. The reason is because 10 kms are limited and often times very disappointing.
Dreaming/ Nirvana Tier- Lapras- Lapras for me is a distant dream and in a tier of its own. I doubt that I'll ever obtain one in Seattle, Washington, but I'll dream on.
Fist Pump Tier- Snorlax, Chansey, Porygon, and Dratini
Happy Tier- Rhyhorn, Exeggcute, Growlithe, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Kabuto, Omanyte, Shellder, Hitmonchan, and Aerodactyl
Okay I'll take that- Abra, Slowpoke, Oddish, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Geodude, Tangela, Likitung, Jynx, Evee, Hitmonlee, Onix, Scyther, and Magmar
Why does this game exist tier (instant candy tier)- Pinsir, Venonat, Zubat, Sparrow, Paras, and Seel
