Spending coins
So, I've finally accumulated a little purse of coins and am curious what most players think is the most efficient use thereof (lvl24 player)? Eggs, lures or incubators?

Until lev 28 I spent coins for buying eggs (wait for the 8x egg bundle woth 5k coins) to rush the levelling pace. From lev 28+ I'm buying incubators but idk if it's a good idea (even if I spent a lot of coins - 3.500 at least - no interesting hatchings so far and just 3 10km eggs).
Maybe the only thing worth investing in is some more bag slots... :(
I definitely agree with buying incubators, if you walk a lot. I get 15-20k steps a day, so as long as the distance counter works (big "if") I hatch several eggs a day. Even if the hatches continue to be disappointing, like mine (Pidgeys, Rattatas), etc - the stardust bonuses alone make them worthwhile. I must admit, though, that every time I hatch a damned Pinsir, Electabuzz, Magmar, Onix, or Chansey from a 10k egg, a little piece of me dies. I currently have 257 Pinsir candies, even though I rarely catch them in the wild... :-/
Increasing item bag space: most important and permanent purchase. I would get this to at least 500-600 before you consider spending on anything else, otherwise it will be a major pain later.
Incubators: the most important temporary purchase, and the only way to reliably get many types of Pokemon for your Pokedex.
Pokemon bag space: After your item bag space is MAXED or close to it, a few boosts can be helpful so you need to delete less pokemon. But there's probably no reason to go beyond 500 unless you are spending a large amount of real money on the game.
Lucky Eggs (x25): when you get to the mid-high 20s you will probably run out, so it will be a good idea to eventually save up for one single large pack (to save coins) which will last you pretty much forever if you are only using one during 60-70+ evolutions.
Bag space >>> Lucky Eggs > Incubators > Pokemon space > everything else.
I can easily run through a couple hundred balls (sometimes more) in one casual day of playing; I appreciate having a large inventory pool so I don't need to farm every other hour. Plus, of all of the purchases, only bag space and Pokemon space are permanent upgrades. I sometimes feel like I'm throwing my money away on the consumables.
Eggs meanwhile provide lots of experience points when you use them as part of an evolving spree: you can evolve about 70 Pidgies in a 30 minute span, so one egg will give you 35,000 extra XP.
As for incubators, I think they're obscenely overpriced as they provide a much worse cost to XP ratio. Plus, the only eggs I care about anymore are 10K; I don't need any of the Pokemon that hatch out of the lower tier eggs.
I think pokemon bag space is most important. But I do a lot of gym battling and need lots and lots of different types/levels of creatures so that no matter what I can get the max prestige gain that is possible. My goal is to have 1 of each good creature at every level so no matter what I can boost a gym effectively. After that, bag space for items.
Incubators aren't a very good use of time/coins. Every 3 days if you turn in 10 gyms a day you get to hatch 6 extra eggs? That isn't going to do much in the long run. More than half of those eggs will be things you don't care about.
I will buy incubators when both my bags are at 1,000 capacity.
Me too.
I train/attack gyms alot and always run out of revives+potions so I keep almost every evolved pokemons in the bag even Piggotto or Raticate to use them first then transfer them later.
Now that they update the game and each lucky egg will be used upto 90 pokemon, the need for a giant bag is even bigger.
So bags>lucky eggs>incubators, balls and incense/lure are all waste.
