Incense in car

Does incense still spawn pokemon when driving at high speeds? Or did the speed cap kill that too? (I'm a passenger before anyone asks ;))

It still works, yes. In the sense that Pokemon still spawn. However I've found that when you get too far away from the place the Pokemon spawned it seems to run away.

they spawn, but are hard to catch. If I remember that right, catching % is influenced by the distance between you and the pokemon. When driving at high speed, by the time you throw your pokeball, the pokemon is too far away and always escapes. Last time I tride on a highway, I got a 100% escape and flee rate.

I think that Pokemon only spawn with incense if you travel below 12km/h.
And even at that speed, let's say it spawns. If you speed up and the Pokemon breaks free, it will flee as well!

I tried, they spawn. Sometimes they flee, sometimes they don't.

I use it from time to time And have never noticed lesser catch rate from the usual spawns.
Even normally i can get 3 mons in a row flee from the first ball ať curve/great.

Its still a great way to collect something while driving as a Passenger.1 mon per minute is great
