My vote goes to dragon claw. Decent damage at a low energy cost, so it comes out fast and frequently. Goes well with dragon breath, which outputs a lot of damage.

Note that both moves are legacy for Dragonite, though.

Good advice this...except Outrage is not legacy.
I thought it was worth mentioning.

He meant Dragon Breath is legacy.

FWIW, in PvP, DB/DC wins almost all matchups with other Dragonite movesets unless the other moveset uses more shields.

Dragon breath/claw is so deadly I took a gardevoir down to 75% of its bar after it switched on me in ultra.
