New Trainer Battle Format: Nightmare Cup

On April 17th, 2019, TheSilphArena announced the new tournament format for May, which includes Psychic, Dark, and Fighting-type Pokemon!

Along with it being a Great League tournament(less than 1500 CP), there are some special rules that also apply:

  • NO Legendaries(including Mythical)
  • NO Sableye
  • NO Medicham
