Fellow trianers, it's time! What are arguably the most highly anticipated Pokemon from Generation 5/Unova have finally been announced; the Fire/Dragon Type Pokemon Reshiram, the Electric/Dragon Type Pokemon Zekrom, and the Ice/Dragon Type Pokemon Kyurem!
These Pokemon are among the most powerful in Generation 5, and potentially some of the strongest Pokemon that we've seen released into Pokemon Go since the game's inception in the Summer of 2016. The trio, formally called the Tao Trio, will likely have a heavy impact on both the Raid and PvP metas on their release. Our team is currently busy renewing our analysis of these powerful Legendary Pokemon, but note that their movesets could potentially change before release. We also have no word as to the release of the White/Black variants of Kyurem, so these are likely to be later releases.

The first member of the Tao Trio to enter the raid scene will be Reshiram. During its run, every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. will feature a raid hour, giving players ample chances to catch this blazing white dragon. While the order has not been officially announced, it will likely be followed up by Zekrom, and will finish with Kyurem. Again: Raiders, PvP players, and those who are active in both are going to want to prioritize this trio for their massive potential power!

Trainers,
Three draconic roars can be heard in the distance. One belongs to a Pokémon that’s capable of scorching the world when people turn their backs on the truth. Another belongs to a Pokémon that can raze entire kingdoms with its electricity if ideals are not revered. The final roar belongs to a Pokémon within which dwells an even greater power bound by extreme cold.
Originally discovered in the Unova region and first met by Trainers in Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version, Legendary Pokémon Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem will soon be making their Pokémon GO debut in five-star raids!
Be sure to have your Remote Raid Passes stocked before Tuesday, May 26, 2020, when Reshiram, the Vast White Pokémon, will be the first to arrive in Pokémon GO!
