When Community Days were first introduced into Pokemon Go, we had a fairly easily discernible schedule that formed after a very short time:
Starter>Other Pokemon>Starter>Other Pokemon>Starter, ect.
If you count Pikachu, the subject of the original Community Day, as a starter Pokemon, then this trend continued uninterrupted (minus December Community Day reruns) into January 2020 with the Piplup family's Community Day. At that point, the chain broke and we didn't see another starter Community Day until October 2020 with Charmander's re-run, but even that was a different case, as Charizard wasn't learning a Starter signature move.
Well, after all of these months, we're finally diving back into the realm of the starters, as it's finally time for Snivy, the Grass Type starter from Generation 5/Unova, to have its time to shine!

- Any Servine evolved into Serperior during the event and up to 2 hours after will know the Grass Type Starter move Frenzy Plant.

- A special ticketed event titled "Snivy in the Sunshine" will be available for purchase
So let's be honest here; Snivy isn't a terribly exciting subject for a Community Day, but it is nice to have starters take center stage again during Pokemon Go's premier monthly event. Hopefully we won't have to wait quite as long to start on the Kalos starters!

- Snivy will be appearing more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
- Evolve Servine (the Evolution of Snivy) during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Serperior that knows the attack Frenzy Plant.

- There’ll be a special one-time-purchase Community Day Box available for 1,280 PokéCoins, featuring 50 Ultra Balls, four Star Pieces, four Mossy Lure Modules, and an Elite Charged TM.
- For US$1 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Snivy Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, Snivy in the Sunshine.
- Stay tuned for when tickets for the Snivy in the Sunshine Special Research story go live! Tickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Please note that this Special Research will not include an in-game medal.
