Just wondering if ZH/HB is still the 2nd best defensive moveset for Snorlax behind ZH/BS after the changes in type effectiveness & STAB?
If the attacker brings rock, steel or ghost/poison to attack the defending Snorlax, Earthquake is slightly better.
Heavy Slam can just be easily countered by Vaporeons.
Hyper Beam is still the 2nd defensive moveset if the next defender in the row is Vaporeon.
Exeggutor resists ZH/Earthquake, both moves.
In theory EQ is better, but it will most likely not hit anyway. HS is the better move vs Rhydon and Golem, as it hits fast and their quicks are slow, so they may be hit more probable.
Also it is not like Vape is a counter to ZH HS. A single resistance vs just the charge move doesn't justify that. Vapes Atk is also relatively low, so with the downgrade of Stab it will take a while to win.
