Your incentives for leveling past trainer level 38?
With the mon CP maxing at level 39 (trainer level 38), I can't see much incentives...

So basically you hardcore through the game, playing like 10 times more than casual players, spending a lot of money and then say you want to finish it fast to do something productive? hahah it makes absolutely zero sense, you are being a lot more productive if you just play 1 hour per day during 5 years on your spare time and do something else the rest of the time than playing hardcore during 1 year to finish it fast, just because you will become easily addicted to it and lose all the productivity in that time you only play.
I think he was joking ;)
Of all games you could be playing, at least this one has a strong fitness component (if played plated legit, I'm not talking about cheaters) and that alone is a good reason to play.
Everyone chooses what to do with their spare time.... isn't this much better than, say, sitting in a bar?
Hats off to all legit lvl 40 (and 39) players, you guys and gals are an inspiration!
I think catching stuff in general will still be fun maybe?
I never really kept track of my level and exp count unless its during an event (currently level 35, halfway to 36) . I just play walking to college and back and see what is interesting to catch or just catch them pidgey and zubats for stardust. Hatch a few eggs, and the exp just comes naturally.
I don't know if my pokemon stash will be any different at level 38 compared to now to be honest, as I stop powering most mon at level 30.
I know WoW and have heard of other games that have raised the max player level cap over time. With that being said, once I hit lv38, I am not going to do any mass evolves, until they raise the player cap past 40 (if they ever do). I will have no incentive to either mass evolve or grind once I hit 38
