You know of the Pokedex...now introducing the TrainerDex

Wouldn't it be good if we could fight Gym Masters at gyms and when we beat each one it shows up in our list of Masters in the TrainerDex?

There needs to be more reason to battle gyms. Capture the flag just doesn't work, so remove that element and have gyms as exhibitions where the "best trainers from all over the world come to show off their skills".

There could be 50 CPU trainers that you have to find and beat in gyms to begin with, but Niantic could continue adding more and more.

Gym Masters remain in a gym for 1 day and each victory you earn gives you 10 Pokecoins. RNG dictates that some trainers may remain elusive to some players for a long time.
