Would you keep these growlithe?

Throw "Lucky 84" away, its CP is below 500, probably not high for your level.

Just to be contrary: Evolve the 444 and hope for Fire Fang+Fire Blast (or Bite+Fire Blast or Fire Fang+Flamethrower as lesser options) because it will be about 1000CP which could be a good option for training against ~2000CP grass pokemon and Lapras.

The higher CP with less than 70 IVs I wouldn't bother evolving. Assuming the numbers in the names are IV percentages, I would immediately transfer the 51 and 56 IVs, and depending on how much candy you have the two 71 IVs also. I would hold onto the 76 and 77 IVs, but, unless I need more fighters right away, I would wait until the next time I did a lucky egg run to evolve them since it is possible that before then you might get some better Growlithes.

I would never evolve these growlithe. but keep it for training.
