Basically anything, that has a use in the meta and poor IV is worth trading. Some of them I would only trade for something equal like legacy movesets, shiny or very high lvl Mons, but aside of that, anything Im not going to power up goes straight to my friends accounts.

Any high-level, low IV relevant attacker is worth trading for. Managed to score a L31 Larvitar that got a 14a rolled when traded to me.

Yep, that sums it up. A meta relevant pokemon with bad IVs (particularly if it's higher level, like a wild caught level 33-35) is great for trading. The trade might go lucky, and you might get good IVs even if it doesn't go lucky. If neither of these things happens, then your friend can transfer it to the professor and not lose any sleep over it.

Once trading started, I started saving high level low IV meta relevant pokemon to have an inventory for trading. Very much looking forward to the bag max size increase.

Gastly candy is cheap and it's a lucky. Worth maxing if you need another non-SC Gengar.

Sometimes it doesn't even matter what IVs it gets. I have two extra Tyranitars at level 33+ that I'm going to give away and they'll be ok 5th or 6th team members for the recipients pretty much regardless.
