Worth powering Egg/Groud?

I have a 93iv 14/14/14 LV 25 Groudon with MS/SB (15candy), and a 98iv LV21 Executor with BS/SB.
I already have a 2623 64iv Executor which I rarely use, and got about 300k stardust.
Any use to power either one up? Any dangerous pokemong looming around the corner where either of them could be useful?

Groudon is useful against Kyogre with Thunder. But so are Dragonite, Eggy, Rhydon, Golem, and a bunch of other mon.
Eggy, on the other hand, is useful against both Kyogre with Thunder and with HydroPump, and can be powered up without using Rare Candy.

It's good to have a MS/SB Groudon long term, but I wouldn't make it a priority ahead of Exeggutor if Kyogre is the next legendary raid boss. Or, given your dust, maybe do both, but then you'll be pretty lean.

If your rare candies are not that much, maybe try to raid more on Groudon to see if you can catch better or higher-CP Groudon (CP28XX) on weather boost day, so you can save stardust and candies, you still have few days to raid.

Sorry I should've been clearer, the level 25 Groudon is 28XX CP. Two ran away from me today. I'm probably gonna power up my 14/14/14 one as it's pretty strong and high CP already, by a few levels anyway.

I’m already working my 93 weather boost groudon on up. Seems like a good investment.

Of all my eggy, I have only powered one since the gym change. I powered my 98 IV Eggy from L37 or so all the way to L40. The rest are exactly where they were last July or as evolved recently. That includes a 96IV BS/SoB L30.

Both are great counters to Kyogre, which might be the next legendary raid starting next week. Don't power up the Groudon yet in case you catch a better one, but when it's gone it's absolutely worth it to power your best one.

I would say don't power up either because after Kyogre and Regirock there won't be any legendary weak to grass i.e. almost all Dragons.
