Worst-IV-Pkm you have powered to lvl 30?

77% IV DB/DC Dragonite. She's not yet level 30, because I don't have enough candies to feed her.
P.S. I noticed that my female Dragonites all have good movesets, and male ones have bad movesets.

41 IV Db/Dc Dragonite, at lvl 33.5 I think (just a few under 3k CP). I caught it wild at lvl 26.

If Lapras and Ice shard would not have been nerfed from defence point of view, I would probably had an ice shard/blizzard at similar low IV powered up to at least lvl 30.

And a 60 IV Vape with HP, my first HP one, went from lvl 26 up to lvl 30.5 (my max at that time). It is still there and fights for all time sake from time to time :).

44 and 51 dragonite and snorlax. I had the candy and dust, they had them​ movesets.

Honorable mention to a 56 snorlax(lvl35).

The 44% L/HB Snorlax I powered up accidentally instead of my 96% L/HB Snorlax. FML

40% poliwrath b/hp, didnt know about ivs when evolving, is now a good prestieger

45% WG/Rock Slide Omastar, powered till 33.
69% C/Megahorn Heracross, maxed at 38.5
2 Dragonites around 50% that I caught at level 25ish were both taken to level 30-31.
50% or so L/BS Snorlax taken to 34
