Worst fleeing event for wild encounters?
What was your worst wild pokemon fleeing cases before? I mean wild and exactly wild only i.e. no raids.
Mine was a 27xx snorlax that fled after a grb and an ultra ball in less than 5 seconds. Got extremely psychotic after that point.
Days ago someone in my local group had an lv33 Blissey run after 1 GRB Ultra curve throw.
What was your worst one? I mean 100iv Pokemon, Blisseys, Pupitars, Kirlias etc found in the wild.

Mine was a Clefable that was something like CP 58. At the time, Clefable was one of only about 15 or so gen 1 pokemon that I had never caught in the wild, and I've had a goal almost since the beginning of the game to catch every gen 1 pokemon in the wild (now only missing four).
I was farming a Scyther nest with my daughter, and I saw the Clefable pop up on my screen. I couldn't believe it. And like an idiot, because of its low CP, I used a pinap and an ultra ball. This was especially stupid because it was shortly after the first Valentine's Day event, and I already had 300+ Clefairy candies. I realized that was a dumb move almost imediately after throwing the pinap, and of course the Clefable fled on the first throw. My daughter caught hers on the first throw with a razzberry. It was nearly a year and a half later, on Zapdos raid day, that I next encountered and caught a wild Clefable.
Most notable i've lost;
Golem (in Gos early days) lost this one due to game error.
Charmeleon (also in GOs early days) threw 20 ultra balls at this, was raining badly making throwing really difficult.
95% Magikarp. Ran after one great ball and berry.
Two dragonites, I gambled and used pinaps on these.
Nowadays i have multiple Golems, a 100% Charizard, Gyarados and Dragonite so these misses don't matter now, but at the time they did.
Technically this isn't a 'wild encounter' but I was in Manchester for the Unown and Kangazkhan event last year and I defeated a Snorlax raid, I had no idea what CP the 100% was at the time and because it was pouring with rain I wasn't able to throw consistently.
Only after I ran out of balls did my brother tell me it was 100%.
Needless to say we're not talking now.
