I kinda wish they would randomize it. I'm fine with Moltres but I'd rather be surprised.

No it wasnt, it was known that the reward Pokemon from the seven-stamp field research was a legendary. However it was not known that everybody would get Moltres, buddy.

Not confirmed, but it was advertised in Japan to be Moltres.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I got multiple reports of Japan saying it. Maybe it could be different tho. We never know.

Hope the other birds will be next. I really want an Articuno!

Mine had terrible IVs and I transferred it. As per usual, it's really annoying to wait a week for an encounter and have it be a waste. Moltres is the primary Legendary of all the ones previously released that I wanted because the only ones I was able to catch last year were mediocre at best, and now it'll potentially be months before I see another one. The RNG aspects of this game are still so frustrating...I wish they would implement some ultra rare item like Calcium/Iron/etc. that can raise IVs, because having legendary after legendary for weeks be mostly crap is exhausting. It's especially bad with the Field Research and EX Raids because the rewards are much more infrequent.
