Working towards gym badges

There is a webpage but i forgot it, here is what I remember off the top of my head:

Win Raid = 1000
Win Battle = Defending Mon CP/100
Candy = 20 (i think...might have been 10)
Placing a defender = 100
Defending = 1 pt per minute defending

I think I remember
Bronze = 400 (this might be wrong)
Silver = 4000
Gold = 40,000

I raided gym closest to gold and got it, went back an hour later and spun it--appeared to be 8 items granted. Blue +1 and +1 at the end. Smart buys as it goes on: bag space and storage space

I put a mon in a gym in the middle of no where....it stayed there for 20 days...when it did finally returned the gym badge changed to gold......( 0 victories, 20days 18hrs defended, 59 treats)
