Is wobbuffet completely useless?

I just caught a wobbuffet with splash and mirror coat.
He's 182 CP with 145 HP.... lol. why?
Maybe its good for smiles

Wobbuffet and Magikarp.
Just click on the move on the 'Move List' page and it will show you all the mons that can have any particular move.

Yes, it is.

In the main series, Wobbuffet is a bit of a gimmick revolving around tye special effects of its moves. In Pokemon Go, Wobbuffet loses everything that makes it special since it no longer has those effects.

My friend caught a 829cp wobbuffet and let me pesitage it. It feels relatively defense-heavy in terms of me doing damage to it, but despite that, it was not hard to beat. It feels more like fighting against a snorlax, rather than a blissey.

I treat Wobbuffet as a weaker version of Chansey.

In PoGo it's weak, however.
