Windy weather

I've never seen a wild Dratini period. When it's windy, all I see is a lot more Pidgey, Abras and Meditites.

According to maps, dratini spawns has decreased, even with windy weather, compared to the old days

We have it sometimes. Where I usually play it just boost pidgeys, last weekend I went to the harbor on windy weather and caught 5 dratinis in 10 minutes. That's more wild dratinis than I caught since start.

Niantic is saving them all for the community day.

Make the most of it, because unless things change they will be hard to get after that.

Yes, it's there, and Dratinis and Dragonites do spawn. I've seen a couple in the right biomes.

Lately I've seen it quite often. The last couple of days it alternates between windy and rainy/cloudy/partly cloudy. It doesn't spawn extra Dratini, though (weather kind of made them disappear or decreased the spawn rate by a lot).

I have seen any weather type except fog (apparently it has been here at some point during the game, just didn't see it personally).
