Windy here in the Philly area all evening. When we raided a Ho-Oh it still showed PC, but now we have the kite, so it's getting the wind. Hope it lasts to tomorrow, would love to catch me some buffed Ho-Oh.

Doubt so... here in Southern California it has been windy all week and we got "Extreme Conditions" which make pokemon ivs and spawns terribly mediocre. Just today we got a "clear" weather even though it's been the same windy weather.

Windy in my town has meant junk birds (pidgey, hoothoot, natu, etc), flying bugs like ledyba, and abra. Not a sign of any dragons.
