will you say something?
I was in line getting my coffee and saw a guy using hacked pokemon app.

I will take a photo of him from behind trying to capture the username and report him to Niantic for sure.
Look at the image, MiguelAmstaff has like 40+ gyms in different cities around, nothing has been done even him has been reported for tons of players. If we don't say anything and don't take our actions this will keep happening always. Stop spending real money on the app if you can't enjoy the 100% of the game or your area is full of spoofers/hackers/bots.
Probably you are right, but I am very mad with those things, the guy I talk about even send some screens to our Facebook group and laughing about what he has done. He has 54 gyms at this point, 271 Tyranitar, 42 Blissey, 491 Lapras, 429 Snorlax and 323 Dragonite, do you think that we should stay quiet and don't do anything about it? I will keep trying my best reporting every single one I can and multiple times and won't pay a cent more until something is done.
Can someone explain how it is posible that this is allowed?
Are you serious? So leave a guy that has 54 gyms and probably even more as we speak that plays 24 hours with a bot/hack account and is taking every day probably 75% of the gyms on 25km radius ruining the game for hundreds of people? Not an option, at least for me, and I hope they are getting hundreds of reports with his screens and they ban him forever.
Note: being Niantic of course they won't do anything, hundreds of reports with screens of his pokédex and they will clap him and send him free incubators...
There is a small chance that he wasn't "hacking" just so you know.
You can engage a Gym, turn off your location after engaging so drift/etc doesn't move you
And do that 1 run through the Gym anywhere. (2nd run would require hacking)
Which if the Gym was close by, and he knew he was going to be stuck in line, might have been what he was doing
Ive never done this, but many people on this board have mentioned doing it during winter for warmth
If he was on an enemy team I would probably have a quick friendly convo with him and compliment his pokemon and mention my player name in hopes that he would remember me and not take my gyms. "Oh I remember that guy from the coffee shop! Was a cool dude, I'll leave him be."
Telling him cheating is lazy, disgusting, etc won't stop him. Keep your enemies close right?
