I have 2 Rhydon 2600+ and 2800+ CP. Just wondering.

I would evolve the 1120 one with all the candys you have.

The 91IV one, the rest I’d transfer.

Well yes it would be interesting wihch one is the best.. but knowing of the upcoming gym rework you won't want to have like 20 Rhydons or 20 Blisseys or whatever if Niantic will be prohibiting 10 same pokemon or types then we better invest in different pokemon .. even tough they are not defeders. But I sill would like to know.

And BTW yes I am betweeen the 1120 and 91% iv... tho the 91% will take 95.000 candy to power to lv30 +/-

I would wait for the end of the rock event before evolving, you will probably get plenty of Rhyhorn and probably one with better IV.

wait until after this event, because everything can change after you catch a lot more.

as things stand now...
if you already have great attacking movesets on your current Rhydons, you don't need to evolve any more.
so spend your candy and stardust on those.
If you must evolve a new one, the evolve is only 50 candy, so the 1373 is very tempting because if it gets a great attacking moveset then it is good to attack with as is with no stardust investment.

the 91%, has too low of a cp. Not worth the stardust.

the three in 11XX are also temping because they won't need much stardust if they evolve to be attackers.
