Will Tyranitar fall into obscurity?
With the event of Weavile and Darkrai, Tyranitar finds itself challenged for the Dark type throne. Even though it possesses superior bulk, the latter two picks are optimal for potential solos, duos, and faster times for certain raid bosses, while the T-Rex is relegated to an anchor, or left sitting on the B-team. Even worse, it will find itself sandwiched between Rampardos and Rhyperior, meaning that players will most likely choose the aforementioned picks when looking for bulk or DPS.

Ramparados is pretty glassy, and glass doesn't always perform as well as it looks on paper time in feint screen etc.same argument for weavile
Rhyperior may get the rhydron treatment and not even get a roxk fast move.
Dps over dto for sure but for truely glassy mons they rarely do well outside the first slot.
