Will Palkia get a water type fast move?
Would Niantic allow this? If it does get a water type fast move, there would be no reason to use Kyogre anymore, as Palkia has a double resistance to fire, and is not affected by Grass and Electric, types that really do a number on Kyogre.

As someone that just powered up two Kyogre + used charge TMs on them - I honestly wouldn't mind and would sort of expect it.
It'd be nice if the fast move was Water Gun rather than Waterfall (or anything other than Waterfall to leave a preference difference - or even the charge move not Hydro Pump). It'd be best if Kyogre was the optimal DPS option, but Palkia was only marginally lower DPS with much more tankiness, so Kyogre remains useful but Palkia often is a slightly better option (consistency of extra charge moves from tankiness leading to more damage).
Palkia's more of a dragon type that can part time water, if they add signature moves into the game, or even if is gets an amazing water set, but its dragon set it slightly bellow it, there wont be a problem. why go spending TM's on soemthing that do the job of a legendary water type when you already have one and that pokemon can serve another role (though to be fair, dialga will outclass palkia as a dragon type)?
