Wild pokemon IV ranges

I found, that some wild pokemons has some restrictions in their IVs.
For example ALL of my wild psy/gol - ducks has attack 0, 1 or 2. (I got almost 20 of them). ALL my wild poly- wags/whirls/wraths has attack 3 or 4. ALL my wild slow - poks/bros has attack 5 or 6. And so on. These types of pokemons are very common in my area. Some other types of pokemons got no such strange distribution. Any ideas?

It's a well known bug. Wild Pokemon's attack IV is related to their dex number which is why startes have pitiful IVs while Dratini and Eevee tend to have great ones. This bug doesn't however affect Pokemon from Incense or eggs.
