Great luck! Congrats! Best I have done was catch an 80% IV, DT/O Dragonite. But ... it is level 5, CP 470 :(

If you have enough dust, you should most likely still power it up. There is a 1/3 chance, to get an equivalently good moveset (DT-O/H) if you evolve a high level Dratini with your candy instead. Its still a fantastic catch man.

I caught an 82% DT/O at about the same CP about a month ago. Now he's 3216 (maxed for my level). He does excellent damage, and chews through non-DG Blisseys nicely. The detraction is that both moves are a bit slow, so you take some hits.

Lucky! I've also caught dragonite 91 iv with DT/O not kidding! It had 1113 cp wjen caught but i ppwered it to max and now its 3111 cp just awesome catch
