Wigglytuff vs Mawile
Both Pokemon has interesting stats and/or types. Which one is tankier against Dragon-types? (Not considering other Pokemon).
Wig: 90 Def/295 HP. Dragons do .39 damage to her.
While: 141 Def/137 HP. Dragons do .24 damage to it.
I tried my level 40 Wigglytuff against Palkia, and it took a while (No pun intended) for him to take her out. Also, I brought a level 20 Mawile, and this never almost never died!
Which one is tankier?

Mawile is tankier overall thanks to its triple dragon resistance.
That said, if I had to choose one I'd still choose Wigglytuff over Mawile. Pound lets it reach considerably higher DPS than Mawile despite the two of them only having one point of difference in base attack stats. This higher DPS actually lets it do more total damage as well.
BiggestLeaf answered perfectly but I was curious about the numbers so here they are:
Wigglytuff effective base tankiness against dragon moves: 68k
Mawile effective base tankiness against dragon moves: 80,5k
Blissey effective base tankiness against dragon moves: 83,8k
Mawile is 18% tankier in this case than Wigglytuff and almost as tanky as Blissey taking neutral.
DPS/TDO says Wigglytuff has better TDO, but honestly both are kinda bad. EDIT: for some reason the sheet didn't actually use Palkia's type, Aggron isn't anywhere close to as good. Still, a Slaking, Granbull, A-Ninetales, Clefable, Gardevoir or Togekiss will perform significantly better.
Just out of curiosity how long did it take for Draco Meteor Palkia to take out Wiggly?
Level 40 Gardevoir can survive 3 draco meteor cycles (with the first 2 taking like 90% of the health and fainting on the third)
If Wiggly dies on the 3rd draco as well, there is 0 difference between Wiggly/Gardevoir as far as survivability goes if they both go down on the same draco. Same applies to mawile. If it's extra resistance helps it over the 3rd draco then you would gain a TDO advantage over the other two, but not if it doesn't.
Thank you all for your feedback! I used a 100% Level 40 Wigglytuff against Palkia. She resisted 2 Draco Meteors and died on the third one. My 96% Level 20 Mawile, resisted one Draco Meteor without much problem. Makes me wonder how well it'll perform if I bring it up to level 40 as well. However, the amount of Stardust though D: as for Mawile candies, I'm almost done with them, I'm currently on 223 right now.
