A good defender. Any good fairy type in gyms will piss most people off.

I think Wiggly is an underrated defender.

Used to be the greatest of all time for prestiging, was fun when that lasted.

It makes a better defender than most people realize.

I expect players to often fight gyms with generalists such as Dragonite or Tyranitar. Wigglytuff resists Dragon and Dark and has the annoying Play Rough / Dazzling Gleam move set. This combined with the lower CP decay rate (<1500 CP?), makes it a decent defender as well. I hate to switch mid-battle, but wiggly forces me to.

I prefer Granbull over Wiggly due to typing. Granbull is not a normal type like Wiggly, so it also resist fight moves. I enjoy throwing a high level Snarl/PR Granbull as a 5th or 6th slot.
