Why is rhyperior so small compared to others, including rhydon?!

I am really up right the pokemon's correct sizes, and I'm certinally not happy about these two: giratina and rhyperior..... NIANTIC IF U REAAD THIS PLZ FIX THIS

Yes, the scaling is a problem. Also you should see how big Dusknoir is.
