Why I Hate The New Coin System

Only 2 days? I've had mons get spider webs on them for sitting 5 days in gyms until some people finally kicked them out. Niantic made gym attacking pretty much pointless because instead of stopping the opponent from getting more coins, you're actually helping them if you send them home. If the opponent could continue to gather 50 coins daily and claim them at a certain hour, that would be more of an incentive to stop them from collecting all 50 coins.

Diversity!

The biggest thing I hate about it is the 50 coin/day limit. I can manage the other aspects by choosing which gyms to occupy and when, but I can do anything about the fact that my reliable coin income has been cut in half (and the elimination of stardust as a gym reward is even worse).

It's gotta be shuckle's yuge defensive stat scaring people away.

But good ole ratface gotcha beat!!

I didn't make the decision to stop defending and attacking gyms, I just keep forgetting about them because the new system is so dull. I was addicted to finding spots in gyms for my Pokemon before the update.
