Why does Magnezone only get an honorable mention in the Gen 4 guide?

For the same reason Electabuzz is generally elected over Magneton, better performance in most cases. It will all depend on movepool in the end.

Better attack, better stamina, better DPS. Game favors attackers. A LOT will depend on available movesets, but all things being equal, Electivire is more meta-relevant.
