Why do Larvitar and Pupitar have ratings?

I don't get it. I don't see any use on either yet pokemon that look better such as Skarmory and Grumpig don't.

The team is still working on the new ratings. The intended is that only final forms get ratings. So Larvitar and Pupitar's will get removed while Skarmory and Grumpig' will get added eventually

Only final forms will get ratings? Poor Chansey and Scyther.

Ok well...we'll make some special cases. Scyther will get its own rating due to it being the best double flying attacker.
As for Chansey, as well as all other meant-to-be-defenders, we'll give them "defender badge" instead. The rating is for attacker use only (so it's named "Attacker Rating" now).
