Why do all my pokemon have +10 in front of their fast moves even without weather boost

I'm not so sure. PvP battles have been awfully fast. Sure, compared to gym battles, the same opponents have half the hit points, but it seems like fast attacks are doing so much damage. I wouldn't be shocked if this were a bug, and fast attacks are doing way too much damage, with the game displaying the damage amounts correctly. Or maybe not.
