Why are gamepress' count down clocks never accurate?

Why am I still seeing suicune in my city? And why the hell is it counting up now?

Any explanation to why the clock is now counting up?

Is it already October at the place where you live?

The original announcement says "on September 30th, all 3 of these legendary Pokemon will move to a different location"

Isn't it already 30/9 then where you live?

Could it be counting upwards to allow for daylight savings which finishes tonight?
