Who should I power up?
I'm wondering which pokemon is the best for investing my stardust, I have a level 33 Machamp with 98% IV, a Metagross with mm, right now I have a 93% with 15 attack, maybe I could get a better one in the CD, a Mewtwo with SB with 93% IV with 14 attack, or save for a gen 4 pokemon. I was wondering who will be the better choice, and more meta relevant, thanks.

Right now it's best to hold. The legendary raid boss will change on the 23rd and we might see more gen 4 pokemon soon. When resources are scarce, save them until you know you want to use them. And a new legendary boss usually makes it pretty clear what you want to spend on.
Also, generally speaking more attackers at lower level is better than fewer attackers at level 40. If you did make the second MM Metagross, powering up both to L30+ is much better than powering up one to L40.
As housunkannatin already mentioned, bringing your pokemon up to level 40 is not the most efficient way of managing your resources. Most times the max. possible damage is achieved at lower levels than 40. This guide about breakpoints explains the topic in depth:

Regarding your pokemon, all of them are strong options to invest your stardust in. SB Mewtwo is a pretty safe choice, since is going to be one of the best counters for many psychic raid bosses along Gen 4. I would also wait a few days to find out which are the next raid bosses and also for some analysis on neutral DPS for MM Metagross. But if you could power two of them to 40, you would be probably better powering all of them to level 35 or so (better use of your resources).
