Who do I use him against ?

Other normal types weak to fighting moves? I'd be curious how he does against a slightly stronger Snorlax...

Honestly, normal type mons aren't great for attacking because even if they get STAB bonus, nothing is weak against normal.

I'd use him against snorlax or blissey, since he has great fighting moveset, though if you are lacking quality attackers to counter these two.

He'll be good, not awesome, but pretty good against Snorlax and Blissey, because will do SE damage to them and their coverage moves (ZH for Snorlax, Psychic and DG for Blissey) will not SE you like it happens to Machamp or Heracross for example.

Try testing him out in my new simulator. It should give you a good sense for what he's capable of. :)

Definitely useful against snorlax and blissey since it is not weak to the psychic and fairy attacks they can use. However, the lack of STAB bonus is a minus.
