Who is the 100% Master?

In my book, the 100% Master is a worthy title for the one who has found AND captured perfect IVs of every legendary released, so far (including Mewtwo). I know no such individual, unfortunately. =]

How much is "a bunch" according to you?
I'm standing at 19 (noticed) and have only become a serious player when Ho-oh dropped, so I'm guessing other day-one players may have something higher around that number, and many more will have just insta-transferred other perfect mons due to not appraising them or not caring at all.

I know someone who has every Pokemon (excluding legendaries) 100% of Gen1 & Gen2 but 3.

I don't think that's an achievement however when you use scanners.

I think the key, here, is to have 100% of every legendary, Delibird (event-exclusive), and regionals.

Who cares about the other stuff you can get that all the time lol.

I know someone with a 100% Moltres, Mewtwo, and Kyogre, but I haven't found anyone with more than that.

I know several people here with over 100 perfect Pokemon but that's because they spend hours each week hunting them with the local scanner map, so it's kind of meaningless. I have about 12, but I caught or hatched each one cleanly without using bots or any other external help.

Amount of 100% must come with the way they were acquired to be meaningful.

If using scanner you may have millions of spawns daily from where they are cherry picked. Compared to someone who sees maybe 500 on a day with no clue of IV.

Also raids and hatches significantly increases the chances to get a 100%, with about a factor 20.

I am not criticizing use of scanners, only saying it is totally different game.

"Master" should not be a title given to players who accomplish something only because they were really lucky, or because they cheated.

My 100% are:
2 Arcanine (1 wild growlithe, 1 egg growlithe)
1 Ursaring (wild teddiursa)
1 Heracross (wild)
1 Poliwrath (wild poliwag)
1 Eevee (wild)
1 Mawile (raid)
1 Absol (raid)
1 Ariados (wild spinarak)
1 Xatu (wild natu)
1 Aipom (egg)
1 Igglybuff (egg)
Most of them are useless though

Probably someone who hunts them with a scanner and a car. There's a massive difference in the ratio of perfects to pokemon caught between someone who has an IV scanner vs someone who doesn't use one. Personally I'm at 15 perfects with 45k+ caught, two are hatches, one from a raid, the rest were caught blind from the wild.

There's a guy I raid with who frequently visits a large metropolitan city 50 miles from here. His donation to the city's discord allows him access to the "100% only channel". Needless to say, he literally has pages and pages of perfects.

Myself, I have a handful of 100s with no help from a scanner. The best ones are Raikou, Groudon, Victreebel, and Donphan. The most useless ones are Dewgong, Marowak, and a Ledyba I accidentally transferred.

In terms of 100%, I have over 140 perfects.
In terms of legendary which u can’t scan I have 6 perfects out of 8. (2 ran unfortunately)
