Which Zapdos to power up for Kyogre?
#1: CB/ZC, 15/12/11 or 15/13/10
#2: CB/TB, 12/12/14
#3: CB/Th, 13/15/11
I have 1.3M dust, 19 FTMs, 10 CTMs and 295 RC. Only good Electric attacker is a 14/10/15 Raikou with TS/WC; my three wonder Jolteons (level 20-25 former prestigers) lack TB. Discharge is fine for Jolteon, only Thunder sucks. If you power them up, use one CTM on any that have Thunder and they're good to go.
Your Omastar solo team lasts exactly 6 Blizzards and then they're done. So they'll last if you raid with a big group, otherwise you'll have to rejoin. But it's not like many Kyogre counters can tank Blizzard anyway at level 30.
Go for 15 attack with Zapdos. May be worth risking a CTM or two to try for TB. Just don't leave them at Thunder afterwards because again it sucks.
