Tyranitars are awesome, but how many are optimal? I would personally like to have 2-3 B/C and 2-3 B/SE at L30. More than that is probably overkill - I mean, there are also other mon to spend your dust on. I currently have 3 B/SE's at L30 and NO B/C's, so I am in the opposite situation to you. I have more B/SE's at L20 that I am not powering up. I guess I would suggest the same to you. You could chose to power up the B/SE one, but that attack stat isn't stellar. Maybe wait for a better one in a raid?
